Cilantro is a unique liqueur in the world elaborated with aromatic and medicinal herbs according to an old recipe introduced in 1877 by Mr. Manuel Ozores (born in our village, Goián, in the Baixo Miño area). Since then, it has been recognized as original from here and transmitted through generations.
Nowadays, it has become into a very much appreciated digestive in our gastronomy due to its differentiated characteristics as far as aroma, colour and taste is concerned, given by the maceration of coriander seeds and other herbs in `Aguardiente of Orujo´.
Pazo de Valdomiño distillery was in charge of following and respecting the familiar tradition, adapting to new times and elaborating this singular and sublime liqueur with the same affection and care.
