Tasting note for Rosé Wine Excellens Rosé:
Pale salmon colour with sparkling onion skin, bright, elegant and only in sight.
We find aromas of red fruit in season (raspberry, cherry cherry) and some notes of grapefruit that give freshness, on a background of Mediterranean forest.
It is fresh, with the right point of sweetness well compensated by the acidity, good fruit weight in the center and a pleasant, elegant and long finish.
Optimum service temperature: 7° C.
Pairing: Salads, fresh pasta, poultry, light stews and paellas. It combines perfectly with cold meats, fish and seafood.

Marqués de Cáceres follows the line of the wines of great typicity inheritance of the bordeleses who came to settle in Rioja in search of good grapes for their wines after the epidemic of the phylloxera that ravaged the French vineyard.However, a century ago (and less) the majority of the Rioja vineyard was white grape.
