Distillates are alcoholic drinks obtained through the distillation process, consisting of heating the fermented beverage to separate the different liquid compounds, thanks to the different vaporization temperatures (alcohol at 78 ° C and water at 100 ° C).
The fermented drink that is used as a base is usually made from cereals, fruits or tubers.
Through distillation, an alcoholic drink is achieved with an alcohol level above 40 °. During the ellaboration process, the drink is usually aged in a barrel such as whiskey or rum, so that its qualities improve. Another common process for the drink to gain aromas is infusion, common in drinks such as gin.

Vermouth Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva is mahogany red with amber sparkles, clean and bright. It is made from white wines from different Spanish areas. Then, more than 150 varieties of base herbs were macerated for two months in a hydroalcoholic solution. The mixture ages for a year in oak barrels and bocoyes.

Yzaguirre Blanco Vermouth made by Celler Sort del Castell. Made following the traditional method of the old production houses born in the foothills of the Italian Alps.
Vermouth Yzaguirre Rosado: Original interpretation of the alpine red vermouths, it is made from white wines from different Spanish areas. Then, more than 80 varieties of base herbs were macerated for two months. It is an elegant vermouth with notes of caramel and red fruit.
Grappa Libarna Invecchiata liqueur made by Gio. Buton & C. Spa. A very aromatic Italian liqueur with herbs and notes of wood. It is obtained from the distillation of grape marc and matures in Slovenian oak barrels for 1 year.
Cream Barceló made by Barceló & Cía. Dominican rum liquor with a creamy texture and almond color. Exotic aromatic notes, dried fruits, and vanilla. Made with the best local aged rum for a smooth and tasty creamy liqueur.
