Aguardiente Blanco Valdomiño with D.O. Orujo de Galicia. Made by Pazo de Valdomiño based on albariño pomace brandy with triple distillation. It remains at rest for a year prior to bottling. It is colorless, with steely sparkles. Aromas of white fruit, vegetables and floral nuances.

Peculiarities of the elaboration: Pazo de Valdomiño is dedicated to the elaboration of liqueurs and traditional liqueurs of Galicia. It is located in the valley of O Rosal, at the mouth of the river Miño, heart of the Rías Baixas, with which it is natural that it stands out for obtaining liqueurs, especially from Albariño grape bagasse. They also produce liqueurs of herbs, fruits or coffee, traditional in the region, some protected by the Denomination of Origin Orujo de Galicia.
This Aguardiente Blanco Valdomiño is made with albariño pomace liqueur by triple distillation. Stays at rest for one year prior to bottling.
Tasting note:
Colorless, with steely sparkles.
There are aromas of stone fruits (apricot), white fruit (pear), vegetable notes of bagasse and freshly cut grass and some floral nuances.
The entry into the mouth is slightly sweet, with a good balance between the warmth of the alcohol and the acidity of the grape (citrus notes) that still lingers in the mouth. Retronasal with memories of stone fruit.
