Tasting note for Sparkling Wine Marina Sparkling 7 °:
![]()
It is a wine that conquered the market immediately after leaving. Because of its low graduation (7°) and because of its light-hearted organoleptic characteristics: pale, almost transparent, with a fine bubble of constant rosary that scarcely marks the crown.
![]()
The aromas of Moscatel are mixed with citrus tones (mandarin, pink grapefruit) and tropical touches (mango, lychee).
![]()
It is smooth, creamy carbon, with fresh acidity and medium persistence.
Optimum service temperature: 6° C.
A pairing: Ensalada murciana con huevas de mújol.
Ingredients: 4 tomatoes from the garden, 1 good piece of bonito, 1 roe of mullet, 1 handful of salted almonds, extra virgin olive oil, 1 minced garlic, a splash of vinegar and salt.
Elaboration:
- Cut the tomatoes into pieces, put the salt, garlic, oil and a little bit of vinegar and put it in a serving dish.
- Cut the bonito and the roe into slices, put it around the source, and garnish with the salted almonds.
An easy and delicious dish!
Bocopa arose at the end of the 80s, the fruit of the union of several Alicante cooperatives that bet for the sale of bottled wine and its own brand.
It has been a recurrent phenomenon in the Spanish Levante, where it has been over half a century of selling bulk to produce bottled wines with great value for money that have been very well received by consumers. Their sparkling wines were a "revolution" at the time and they are still very appreciated wines and a striking image.
