Pomace Cream Terras Celtas from Pazo de Valdomiño. This liquor is made with a base of dairy derivatives with a contribution of bagasse brandy. Creamy, bright and dense hazelnut color. Sweet aromas that are reminiscent of caramel flan appear.

Peculiarities of the elaboration: Pazo de Valdomiño is dedicated to the elaboration of liqueurs and traditional liqueurs of Galicia. It is located in the valley of O Rosal, at the mouth of the river Miño, heart of the Rías Baixas, with which it is natural that it stands out for obtaining liqueurs, especially from Albariño grape bagasse. They also produce liqueurs of herbs, fruits or coffee, traditional in the region.
This liqueur is made with a base of dairy products with contribution of bagasse liqueur (solid matter, skins and pips, obtained after pressing the grapes to obtain wine).
Tasting note:
Creamy hazel color, bright and dense.
Sweet aromas appear reminiscent of caramel flan (vanilla, burnt sugar), toffee, biscuit and a background of bagasse with floral nuances.
It is comfortable, pleasant, with alcohol softened by cream, unctuous and silky.
