Peculiarities of the elaboration of Vermouth Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva: In the purest tradition of Catalan vermouths, it is made from white wines from different Spanish areas. Then, more than 150 varieties of base herbs were macerated for two months in a hydroalcoholic solution. The mixture ages for a year in oak barrels and bocoyes.
Tasting note for Vermouth Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva:

Mahogany red color with amber sparkles, clean and bright. On the nose, aromas of macerated herbs and sweet spices (vanilla and cardamom) appear.

The aromatic notes of the nose are enveloped by the toasted wood in the retronasal.

The palate is glyceric and velvety
