Peculiarities of the elaboration of Yzaguirre Blanco Vermouth: It is elaborated following the traditional method of the old producing houses born in the foothills of the Italian Alps. Its exclusive formula combines about 80 herbs and spices.
Tasting note for Yzaguirre Blanco Vermouth:

Pale yellow color with golden and steely sparkles, fine and glyceric tears.

On the nose, we find aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot), Mediterranean aromatic herbs (thyme, rosemary) and balsamic memories.

The palate is soft, elegant, with a well-balanced sweetness with bitter end of mouth notes, with hints of dried apricots and candied peach skin and mild aniseed. Fresh, intense, with memories of vanilla and cinnamon in retronasal.
