Tasting notes for Vermouth Yzaguirre Rosado:
Cherry red color and ruby highlights, it is bright, clean and with a light tear.
In the mouth, we find aromas of red fruit in liqueur (cherry, raspberries) with touches of scrub (thyme, rockrose), floral and spicy. The palate is velvety, with notes of caramel and red fruit in the center of the mouth and herbs in retronasal on a menthol background. Refreshing and original.
Uses in cocktails: Cóctel Diplomático.
Ingredients: 7 cl. of rose vermouth, 3.5 cl. of gin, a few drops of maraschino, ice.
Preparation:
- Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir.
- It is served in cocktail glass, decorated with a red and green cherry.
