Bodegas Barbadillo
The Bodegas Barbadillo are family wineries that produce Jerez-Xérès-Sherry and Manzanilla Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Brandy de Jerez, Vinagre de Jerez and Vinos de la Tierra de Cádiz. The first Barbadillo, Antonio Pedro, known as Tito Barbadillo, who managed to bottle and give an official name to the drink that had been consumed in this area for centuries: La Manzanilla.
He was the first person to create bottled manzanilla in the world and also the best-selling white wine in the world today, which is now 40 years old. It is the Castillo de San Diego.
