Trabanco

Trabanco is synonymous with natural cider. Since 1925 it has been made with the best apples of selected varieties, following traditional methods.


The Trabanco family has always been linked to the activity of the cider mill, from a very young age all the members of the family are involved in the whole process of elaboration, from the apple picking, the weighing and even to choose the apple, to treading in the press of the magaya.

    Poma Áurea is the first Asturian apple brut nature developed by Trabanco and under the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) "Sidra de Asturias". Poma Áurea is a 100% natural and 100% Asturian drink, a brut nature in which both the carbonic and the sugar are endogenous, that is, the result of the fermentation process itself.

    Trabanco natural cider, the yellow label, is a must for anyone who wants to get started in the world of cider. For its production, the best varieties of cider apples are selected and a 100% natural apple must is made, which will ferment with natural yeasts and, mainly, in traditional chestnut wood barrels.

    This is the first white vermouth to be made with natural cider and is an unfiltered product to maintain the essence of the natural cider. The final product is stored for 30 days to favor the combination of aromas and tastes.
