Peculiarities of the elaboration of Vermouth with Cider Alma de Trabanco: This vermouth is born from the memory of those times when Emilio Trabanco used to add (on the sly) a splash of cider to the vermouth to make it more tasty. Inspired by that memory, for its elaboration we combine white wines, cider and a great variety of botanicals (wormwood, díctamo, artemisia, gentian, boldo, cinnamon, star anise, coriander and vanilla) and fruits (cherry, orange peel and lemon).

Trabanco is synonymous with natural cider. Since 1925 it has been made with the best apples of selected varieties, following traditional methods.
The Trabanco family has always been linked to the activity of the cider mill, from a very young age all the members of the family are involved in the whole process of elaboration, from the apple picking, the weighing and even to choose the apple, to treading in the press of the magaya.
