From a calm and peaceful thought a beautiful dream was born. That dream has become a wonderful reality.
Its greatest heritage is its vineyards. Old goblet-trained, strictly dry-farmed vineyards that have been able to withstand the hot summers. Vines planted in 1950, on the high plain at 740 metres above sea level on poor chalky-clay soils. Vineyards located in the highest areas of our D.O., in the Sierra del Peral at 850 metres, planted on clayey quartzite soils. These soils are the ones that mark the personality of our wines.
