La uva godello se trata de una uva autóctona de la región de Galicia y más concretamente de la ribera del río Sil. Sus orígenes se remontan al siglo XII, sufriendo una gran amenaza de desaparición en el siglo XIX debido a la filoxera.

The greater distance of the Sierra de Cantabria supposes different meteorological conditions, greater Mediterranean influence and lower temperature contrast. A wine that has nerve, but at the same time is light and pleasant, with full tannins, very good acidity and long in the mouth.
After the alcoholic fermentation and the first racking, the wine rested on its fine lías. It is a refreshing pale yellow color with greenish flashes.
Peñín: 90 ptos. Otazu Chardonnay is a white 100% Chardonnay with 3 months of aging on its lees in stainless steel tanks. With a predominance of fruit and floral notes. The palate is voluminous and with a fresh finish.
Txakoli rosado 2018, elaborated mainly with the local variety Ondarrabi Beltza, from the Getaria vineyards. Manually harvested at the beginning of october. Maceration of destemmed grape 12 hours before pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and elaboration on lees until bottling.
Proensa: 90 ptos. Gourmets: 94 ptos. Wine Spectator: 93 ptos. Cinve: Oro The long maceration (25 days) gives a very peculiar character to this wine, coming from vineyards of Cenicero with a temperate Atlantic climate. It is ruby with picota border and good glyceric tear.
James Suckling: 92 ptos. Gourmets: 91 ptos. Peñín: 90 ptos. It has an attractive cherry color with a violet rim. On the nose, very aromatic, marked notes of berries, with memories of confectionery. it is racked to French oak barrels for 6 months aging before bottling.
Parker: 90 ptos. Peñín: 90 ptos. Very expressive and fresh, with fruity aromas and white flowers. It is a tasty and balanced wine with a good level of acidity.
Aging for 3 months on lees that brings good body and structure to this wine. The Verdejo grape variety, its maceration and fermentation make it a balanced and fresh wine.
Made with Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes, vinified separately by the natural method of bleeding and alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks maintaining its acidity and freshness.
