Manzanilla La Gitana is a chamomile made in Sanlúcar de Barrameda by Bodegas Hidalgo-La Gitana. It is made with the Palomino Fino grape variety, from their own farms located in Balbáina and Miraflores. The wort is made from this grape which, once converted into wine, will enter into the Soleras system.
