Peculiarities of the elaboration: Elit represents the zenith of the distillation technique of Stoli, using a patented technique of freezing of filtration to produce a vodka of impressive purity. It uses pure water from underground deposits in the Himalayan Mountains, mixed with Russian winter wheat.

The unique filtering process is done through extreme freezing. The procedure used is to filter the mixture of alcohol with water at temperatures below zero reaching minus 18 degrees centigrade for the density of the liquid to grow, making all the impurities freeze and separate, resulting in this very pure vodka.Once the filtration stage is finished, the cold and impure free vodka is filtered again to increase its temperature from 6 to 10 degrees centigrade. Finally, the liquid is allowed to stand in an uninsulated tank, where it naturally acquires the desired temperature of 18 to 25 degrees centigrade.

Tasting note:

Completely crystalline and bright with steely sparkles.

It has clean and neutral aromas, with hints of toasted grain.

The sensations of roasted grain return, it is velvety texture, light but with strong personality, with notes of pepper and anise in retronasal.

Uses in cocktails: Ruso blanco.

Ingredients: 50 ml. of vodka, 30 ml. of liquid cream, 20 ml. of coffee liqueur (like the Kahlúa).

Preparation:

- First we will put ice in a low glass and 30 ml. of milk cream. Beat until it becomes frothy, at that time we will add 50 ml. of vodka and 20 ml. of coffee liqueur.
