Bodegas Arzuaga produces this exclusive white wine for ageing, made from 100% Albillo Mayor grapes, through a manual selection of the best bunches from different areas of the Ribera del Duero, in order to achieve great heterogeneity in terms of soil type.

Very clean and bright, straw yellow colour with slightly golden hues.
Very intense and long-lasting nose, first subtle hints of hay and aromatic herbs, highlighting the aromas of fresh stone fruit. And hints of fig and baked apple.
On the palate it is fresh, very smooth and has a pleasant texture. On the finish, alongside the intense fruity and floral notes, we find the characteristic notes of good ageing, with toasted and spicy tones.
Optimum service temperature: 12º-14º C.
Pairing: Fish, mature cheeses, smoked meats, and strong dishes.
Bodegas Arzuaga is located in Valladolid, in the middle of the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. The setting where the wines produced by the winery are born can be found in the La Planta estate, a property that the Arzuaga family owns in the Valladolid town of Quintanilla de Onésimo. This estate has a privileged situation for the cultivation of the vine, since its vines receive the sun and the necessary humidity for the perfect ripening of the grape.
