Sight-Vinos-Covigran

Medium-high robe, with violet rim on the meniscus and cherry red in the heart of the glass.

Nose-Vinos-Covigran

Full of fruity nuances of ripe red fruits, plum and black fruits of the forest together with light touches of spices such as vanilla, black pepper and clove.

Mouth-Vinos-Covigran

A medium structured wine, fluid and pleasant on the palate, with balanced acidity, juicy and with a fruity, slightly spicy and balsamic finish.

Optimum service temperature: 15-16° C.

Pairing: Cold meats, medium mature cheeses, grilled meats and pasta with tomato sauce. It goes very well with rice dishes and stews with strong flavours such as bean stew or casseroles.

Many years before Robert Parker spoke of Jumilla as one of the most promising wine regions in the country, even before the wines from the area began to stand out in our oenological firmament as the champions of value for money, this winery was already triumphing with its red wines from the Sierra del Carche. The new Jumilla was invented in this house.
