Bright, lemony greenish-yellow colour.
Intense nose with notes of stone fruit such as peach and tropical fruit such as pineapple, giving way to aromas of French oak, vanilla, orange peel and orange blossom.
Full-bodied and structured on the palate, with volume and a persistent finish, and balanced acidity.
Optimum service temperature: 7° C.
Pairing: Excellent with appetisers, creamy and mature cheeses. It pairs perfectly with rice dishes and baked fish, and even with white meats and roasts.

Since Avelino Vegas founded his winery in 1950, he had already planned to vinify the Verdejo variety, something he did in the 60s, even before there was the Rueda designation of origin.
Today his son Fernando and his wife, Ana Isabel, expand their brands of Rueda, Ribera del Duero and Vinos de Castilla-León throughout the world. Montespina is the most famous brand of their targets.
