Vino Espumoso Marina Party 5.5°
Marina Party 5.5° sparkling wine made from Moscato grapes. A frizzante made by Bodegas Bocopa with D.O. Alicante. Sweet, casual and fun, with a fine and pleasant bubble that gives it great expressiveness, character and Mediterranean flavour.
Age: Joven.
Winery: Bocopa
Tasting note for Sparkling Wine Marina Party 5.5°.:
It has a beautiful bright yellow colour.
Very fruity, with hints of white fruit such as pear and apple, and tones of Mediterranean citrus fruit.
Refreshing, tasty and young. On the palate the gas appears as if it were cream, recalling fruit aromas combined with a slightly sweet, but fresh flavour.
Optimum service temperature: 6° C.
A pairing: Ensalada murciana con huevas de mújol.
Ingredients: 4 tomatoes from the garden, 1 good piece of bonito, 1 roe of mullet, 1 handful of salted almonds, extra virgin olive oil, 1 minced garlic, a splash of vinegar and salt.
Elaboration:
- Cut the tomatoes into pieces, put the salt, garlic, oil and a little bit of vinegar and put it in a serving dish.
- Cut the bonito and the roe into slices, put it around the source, and garnish with the salted almonds.
An easy and delicious dish!
Bocopa arose at the end of the 80s, the fruit of the union of several Alicante cooperatives that bet for the sale of bottled wine and its own brand.
It has been a recurrent phenomenon in the Spanish Levante, where it has been over half a century of selling bulk to produce bottled wines with great value for money that have been very well received by consumers. Their sparkling wines were a "revolution" at the time and they are still very appreciated wines and a striking image.
